Jakub Tulinger – Bicycle ride

3. OCTOBER 2026 | 3:30 pm - 6:00 pm
Praha

We invite you to join Jakub Tulinger’s bicycle ride from Holešovice Market to Fotograf Zone Gallery, where we will arrive for the opening of Jochen Lempert’s exhibition!

Cars and their increasing use in cities can, according to Timothy Horton, be understood as a retreat from urban public space. Hidden behind the windscreen, we are separated from other people, relationships, and potentially dangerous places. Cycling, by contrast, brings us back into the urban landscape and allows us to engage with it directly through all our senses.

If you usually feel uneasy about cycling in Prague, this group ride is a good opportunity to explore the city safely as part of a group along a pre-planned route. Along the way, we will visit several Prague galleries and exhibitions that are part of the Parallel Programme of Fotograf Festival 2026.
