Rosi Braidotti – Posthuman Feminism

9. 5. 2023

One of the most inspiring philosophers of our time has written, in her own words, her final academic book. She uses it to summarize and develop the insights of her previous texts so it can serve primarily as a “navigational tool”, one not only for an intellectual reflection on the ways out of the crisis of the Anthropocene. The book aims to inspire an “active life beyond these pages” through the search for an inclusive, sympathetic, and affirmative coexistence of all human and non-human entities on our planet. In this way, the author continues her call for an engagement with the world that is not-just-a-critique, but active. So, what does it really mean to be a post-humanist feminist today? The title of the Epilogue might hint at the answer: Get a Life!
